This project will study the influence of individual mobility activities of teachers and administrators within the Socrates Programme actions: Arion, Comenius 2.2.C and Grundtvig 3 in the European dimension of schools and institutions.

First the different partner National Agencies will identify mobilities of quality in their countries realised during the 2002-2003 school year, so that two years later we can look at the impact on subsequent initiatives with European dimension taken in the workplaces of those selected grantholders.

Best practices will finally be published and disseminated in an international conference to be held in Spain, in November 2006.
